What	Area children are invited to the Museum to listen to local celebrities read at various stations both in and outside of the Museum.

What	Families are invited to the Museum to participate in Lumberjack games and traditions.
Event	East Texas Historic Sites Tour

What	Travel to historic sawmill sites throughout east Texas.

Event	EEK! Week (Environmental Education Kamp)

What	Children entering grades 5th, 6th, or 7th in the fall are invited to a day camp where they will travel all over East Texas learning about our heritage and some of the exciting things it has to offer.

Event	Timber Tots
When	First full week
What	Children ages 3 through Kindergarten gather at the museum for a morning full of theme related activities.

What	Children entering 1st - 4th grades come to the museum for a week filled with forestry related activities, games and crafts.

What	Families are invited to the Museum to participate in activities that they can do together. This is in honor of our grandparents

What	Children can visit with Santa and Mrs. Santa, walk the Trail of Lights, and construct holiday decorations.

What	Visitors can stroll along the barrier-free portion of the Urban Wildscape Trail, located directly behind the Museum, and enjoy being in a winter wonderland of lights and wooden holiday scenes.
