R. E. Trabue
R. E. Trabue owned a sawmill north of Carthage. It was probably purchased from H. C. and M. E. Pittman on December 15, 1900, for $1600. Not much his known about R. E. Trabue's sawmill two miles north of Carthage. He sold it before May 17, 1904, because on that date he sold three miles of 35- pound steel rails, stacked at this “old” sawmill, to W. G. Ragley. Trabue also sold a Lima 2T steam locomotive in 1904 to A. C. Boynton, a sawmiller of Panola County.
