Maker Camp Little Kids
June 30th - July 3rd: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm; Kids entering 1st - 2nd grade Fall 2025
Service Description
Camp at the museum for kids entering 1st – 2nd grade in the fall. This camp has the children learn skills like sanding wood, painting, etc. while building their own wooden house. This is a camp that we hope will encourage children to use their imagination while they learn skills they may not encounter in a typical classroom.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds: Due to high demand for camp positions, there are no full refunds for completed registration. To receive a 50% refund, please call (936) 632-9535 or email kwieseman@treetexas.com before 7 days prior to the first day of your child’s camp. Refunds will not be given within 7 days of the camp starting. Camper Pick Up Because we at the Texas Forestry Museum are concerned about the safety of your children, it is important that the children be brought to the Museum and picked up by a parent, or others designated by the children’s parents. We cannot allow children to wait outside the Museum. They must be picked up inside. If you are going to be late picking up your child, please call the Museum and let us know. The safety of your child is very important to us.
