The “Lumber Mills of Texas” article by Southern Industrial and Lumber Review, on September 6, 1906, listed the Richard and Hauck Lumber Company stave mill at Felicia. This was a short-time operation which probably shipped some of its product to a Houston planing mill for finishing.
