On the 1899 county tax roll, Stacy was rendered for taxation on eight horses or mules, thirty-five cattle, sixteen sheep and three hogs, two wagons, manufacturing tools worth $150, and a steam engine and boiler worth $600.
The 1,045 acres were located on the Uriah Anderson, Benjamin Freeman, J. H. Chism, Levi Barrow, and the Louis DeBlanc surveys.
