Williams and Bandy

M. Cooper recalled for Vernon L. Beasley that an operation known as Williams & Bandy operated at various times from Frankston, in Anderson County. Machinery included a gasoline-powered portable circular sawmill and a planer. The operation went to New Mexico to cut lumber in 1938 and 1939, then relocated to Frankston again. It closed in 1941.
