W. H. Batty

The Delk and Baty saw and planing mills at Neches appeared in a 1905 reference book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association. The 1907 listing of the LCA listed only W. H. Batty; Delk had been dropped.
Webb noted that the International & Great Northern created a stop in Anderson County about four miles from the Neches River. The stop was named after the river.
