Cecil Phillips Lumber Mill
The sawmill operation of Cecil Phillips Lumber Mill at DeKalb lasted for more than twenty years. It appeared in the edition of Nelson Samson's Directory of Wood-Using and Related Industries in East Texas 1966. The mill produced rough lumber. It appeared as late as 1987 in a forest-products circular.
