The Iowa Lumber Company appeared in the editions of January 1905 and January 1907 of the Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association. Iowa Lumber may have bought out the East Texas Lumber mill at Poer before 1907 because only the Iowa Lumber mill is listed in the 1907 credit rating list.
