Dunbar for $2,500 the following plant: an Ames 10-inch by 15-inch steam engine, one 48-inch by 12-foot boiler, a sawmill, a Nagle 9-inch by 12-inch steam, a 40-inch by 12-foot boiler, a Hall & Brown #2 1/2 Mississippi planer, sheds, houses connected with the sawmill, a resaw, two log wagons, a blacksmith shop, and twenty oxen. Payments of $625 were due each ninety days.
