Kelly & Rucker
In 1907, J. M. Kelly mortgaged to T. E. Baker et al for $6,000 a steam engine, a boiler, a sawmill, timber, and all the pine lumber on the yard and on the TNO tracks at Gallatin. In 1908, J. M. Kelly mortgaged to F. McRight for $24 “all logs, 16,000 feet of lumber at Kelly and Rucker sawmill.”
