Trio Lumber Company

A letter from S. A. Futrell to the Angelina County Lumber Company in July 1906, revealed that the Trio Lumber Company was a manufacturer and wholesale dealer of yellow pine lumber at Alto. Futrell also wrote that he was “putting in a retail lumber yard at Rosebud, Texas.” Futrell lived in Alto, and Arthur and Marchman resided in Lindale.
The Trio Lumber Company did not appear in the published records of the Lumbermen's Credit Association in January 1905, but the company did appear in the credit firm's January 1907 published records.
