W. F. Daniel and H. V. Sitton
C. B. Spivey owned and operated a sawmill at Redlawn beginning in the 1890s, according to Cherokee County historical sources. A Warranty Deed from H. V. Sitton to William Fleming Daniel in 1909 reveals that they had possession of the Redlawn sawmill, which was located about six miles south of Rusk on the land of Monroe Brown.
