Dunbar Tie Company

The Dunbar Tie Company at Rosenberg, according to the Southern Industrial and Lumber Review in June 1909 had finished a sawmill plant on the Southern Pacific at Rosenberg. The single band mill was accompanied by a planing mill, dry kilns, and dry sheds. Officers included S. H. Dunbar, president; P. J Wyatt, vice-president; and R. L. Lintheon, treasurer. The mill was shortly offered for sale to the Angelina County Lumber Company.
