Hotchkiss & Rowe

Hotchkiss & Rowe, according to an historical edition of the Jefferson Jimplecute, operated a steam-powered planing mill at Jefferson in 1874 as well as a sash, door, and blind factory. The company produced about one million feet annually of dressed lumber, while employing between twelve and twenty men.
