Equipment included a boiler, a crank steam engine, a circular Corinth sawmill with two 48-inch circular saws, a dust chain and sawdust conveyor, an edger, a 2-saw trimmer, a steam dry kiln, four trucks, a rough shed, four 4-whell wagons, a water tank, a Fay planer, an office building, four houses, a barn, and horses.
