James Turner had a steam sawmill, which he sold to William Henry prior to 1881. Henry in turn sold it to Adam Carroway in March, 1881. Equipment included the sawmill, the boiler, and engine. Carroway was required to remove the sawmill plant from the Henry farm, where it was located.
