H. C. Nichols
H. C. Nichols was one of only two sawmills listed at Magnolia in the Southern Lumberman's Directory of American Saw Mills and Planing Mills, the other being Grogan Cochran Lumber Company, in 1928. Nichols owned another mill at the time, near the Waller and Montgomery county line.
