Nacogdoches Oil & Development Company
This was a company owned by a group of local investors including company officers of both Hayward Lumber Company and Nacogdoches Lumber Co to exploit the Oil Springs and Trawick oil fields. It was not listed in the 1907 Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association. The sawmill provided timbers and rigs for the oil industry. Product would have been shipped over the tracks of the Hayward Lumber Company shortline, the Nacogdoches and Southeastern Railway.
