The American Lumberman reported that Ruark was putting in a sawmill at Cushing. It appeared in the Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association, January 1907.
Prior to this, Ruark had a sawmill at Lockland in 1903, possibly near Sterne or Fitzie.
