E. W. Dunn

E. W. Dunn, according to Nacogdoches County deed of trust record, had a sawmill plant located about three and a half miles northwest of Cushing in 1905. During December of that year, S. T. King conveyed to W. G. Ratcliff, an attorney, for $3,000 an one-half interest in the E. W. Dunn plant. Property included twenty leased acres, twenty-eight oxen, four mules, six log wagons, a road wagon, and the sawmill plant.
