Rusk County Lumber Company
The Rusk County Lumber Company operated a small sawmill and larger planing mill at Henderson for more than two decades. It is not known if the company had a tram road or operated a mill town.
This sawmill was listed in the Directory of American Sawmills in 1915 and in the Southern Lumberman's Directory of American Saw Mills and Planing Mills of 1928. It was listed again in the The Lumbermen's Credit Rating Book, October 1934.
