Buster Henry earlier sold this mill to J. O. Payne. In April 1924, J. O. Payne sold his entire sawmill plant to H. H. Head for $425. The equipment included an engine, boiler, carriage, saw, cut-off saws, saw frame, all pulleys and belts.
