J. W. and B. L. Richie

T. J. Maxey and J. L. Ferguson mortgaged all the crossties on 16 May 1906 that they had cut at their mill on the Oliver tract of land.
T. J. Maxey mortgaged in 1906 the J. W. Lodge sawmill, a 10-inch by 20-inch steam engine, a 42-inch by 16-foot boiler,and a 50-inch circular saw, located on the Widow Oliver's tract, about two miles west of Geneva.
By September 1906, the sawmill was in the hands of Beckham Brothers. J. W. and B. L. Richie mortgaged with Beckham Brothers for the J. W. Lodge sawmill plus the carriage, two head blocks, feed works, and a circular saw.
