The Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association editions of 1905 and 1907 list the J. T. Ramsey mill as the Ramsey Lumber Company. Southern Industrial and Lumber Review in 1906 noted that the daily cutting capacity was 20,000 feet.
