McFarland Brothers Lumber Company

The McFarland Brothers Lumber Company (also known as the K. M. McFarland Mill) was located on the tracks of the Houston East West Texas Railroad in Tenaha. The Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association, January 1905 listed the firm. They did logging as well, for they owned four 8-wheel log wagons and four skip-skidders, which they had bought on a mortgage from Lindsay Wagon Company.
