Noble-Campbell Lumber Company
C. E. Noble had, with his brother, been in the sawmill industry in Sabine River area before World War I. After selling his sawmill and planer to S. D. McDaniels, he must have dissolved his partnership with C. B. January, and gone into business with E. D. Campbell. In 1941, Campbell sold out to C. E. Noble his interest in their sawmill, including all machinery and buildings, located on Arcadia Road, six miles west of Center.
