A. F. Rider et al at Joaquin mortgaged to Southern Engine for $1,175 a 10-inch by 12-inch steam engine, a 44-inch Southern boiler, a #2 right-hand sawmill with an eleven-foot carriage, a 3-saw gang edger, a cutoff saw, and one 54-inch circular saw. Rider mortgaged to W. T. Wilson a half-interest in the Rider and Johns sawmill, located three miles south of Joaquin. A. F. Rider et al are not listed in the Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association, January 1907.
