Rider et al at Joaquin mortgaged to Southern Engine for $1,175 a 10-inch by 12-inch steam engine, a 44-inch Southern boiler, a #2 right-hand sawmill with an eleven-foot carriage, a 3-saw gang edger, a cutoff saw, and one 54-inch circular saw. Rider mortgaged to W. T. Wilson a half-interest in the Rider and Johns sawmill, located three miles south of Joaquin. A. F.
