Frank Greenaway.
The Shropshire and Daugherty firm mortgaged to Geo M. Dilley & Son the steam engine, the boiler, and the sawmill. J. T. Shropshire also had another steam engine to run the grist mill. By 1909, Frank Greenaway had in his possession the machinery of the Shropshire & Daughtery sawmill, which he mortgaged to the San Jacinto State Bank and Dilley.
By 1912, he had expanded his plant to include, along with his sawmill, a grist mill, two cotton gin stands, a cotton press, and a Hall gin, feeder, and condenser. He mortgaged this equipment to J. A. Hoot on July 5, 1912. He may have moved some of the equipment earlier from his cotton gin and sawmill at Shepherd.
