He paid six men and one woman total monthly wages of $114 and $12 in lumber operations, and three men $48 monthly at the grist mill. Raw materials included $6,810 in trees, $15,600 in corn, and $1,500 in wheat. The mills manufactured 750,000 feet of lumber worth $13,900, 15,600 bushels of meal worth $17,160, and 300 bushels of flour worth $1,820.
