According to Nelson T. Samson, Marsh Lumber Company [probably J. H. Marsh, who resided in Moscow] operated a sawmill at Moscow from at least 1957 to 1966. J. H. Marsh had been a partner in the earlier Chester Lumber Company at Hampton. He would later buy the site of the old Thompson-Tucker Lumber Company at Trinity in 1962.
