T. F. Sims

Cafferty operated a sawmill before 1895 about sixteen miles north of Huntsville at Bedias Creek. He sold it to T. F. Sims on April 1, 1895. It was located on forty-seven acres of the J. J. Cafferty survey. The firm of Caffertys, Parker, and Edinburg bought the mill from Sims on January 18, 1904.
