W. F. Murchison sold to A. J. Whitaker the “Ingram sawmill outfit” located near the Augusta and Crockett Road, on Dr. Bolton's land near the home of Nat Walker. Equipment included a steam engine, a boiler, a grist mill, a shingle machine, tools, buildings, a cutoff saw, and a blacksmith shop.
