W. H. Johnson
In 1920, W. H. Johnson was operating a sawmill in Houston County. According to a bill of sale, Johnson sold “all saw logs and lumber now at my sawmill yard in Houston County” for $10.00 and other considerations to S. L. Murchison. In 1923, indebtedness by Johnson led to a Sheriff's seizure and sale to Geo E. Dilley & Son of Palestine, which firm sold the outfit to persons unidentified.
