Patrick, Patrick & Lee

The firm of Patrick, Patrick, & Roberts, in 1899, mortgaged with Dilley for $2,100, pledging a #3 right-hand Dixie sawmill, a pump, two horses, and a wagon. Apparently, the firm dropped Roberts and added W. H. Lee. In 1900, Patrick, Patrick, & Lee mortgaged for $226 with Dilley on a #3 right-hand Dixie sawmill, an 11-inch by 12-inch Ames steam engine, a 44-inch by 13-foot Ames boiler, a 3-saw Tower edger, and one lumber dolly.
