In October of that year they carried a large mortgage with Philer & Campell, which revealed property including a boiler, an engine, a cut-off saw, six lumber buggy dollies, a planer, five houses and three tram cars. One day later they sold lumber valued at $2,5000 in Torrans Manufacturing Company.
