Historicial Development: The Lumbermen's Credit Rating Book, October 1934 notes that this sawmill was operating in Cushing. This may be the Floyd Wallace of 1924, in Cherokee County, who was operating a home-consumption sawmill on White Oak Creek. Wallace also bought the Summers-Tucker Lumber Company sawmill at Red Flat Community in 1938.
